Infrared Sauna

Description

Saunas have existed in some form for thousands of years (and may be prehistoric). The infrared saunas are the latest, greatest version and ours is made of pine wood, uses ceramic heaters, and fits 2 people. A dry heat, the infrared heats you from the core outward, essentially simulating a fever (which is great for an immune system boost). This feels wonderful and therapeutic.

Take a break, put on the tunes, read a book, and sweat it out. There is a shower and we provide towels and wraps. The infrared sauna is great anytime, but especially when escaping the storms that occasionally come to Tofino.

The sauna is not available in summertime.
