COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Please read through the following policies to know what we are doing to keep our valuable customers and staff safe at this time:

 

Before Your Appointment:

  • Due to room capacity limitations, we are not able to offer couples treatments at this time.

  • Clients will be asked to fill out intake forms and waivers online, before their treatment start-time.   

  • 24 hours before your appointment you will receive an email asking if you are have any symptoms of COVID-19. Please be honest in your answer - your response will affect the safety of all of our staff, clients, and everyone close to us.

  • We request that if you are experiencing ANY symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Our staff will also adhere to strict screening for COVID-19 symptoms daily and won't come into work if they are experiencing any signs of sickness.  Please be aware that if this does affect your treatment scheduling, we will do our best to reschedule you.

Arriving For Your Appointment:

  • All clients will be required to bring your own mask and have it on before entering the spa. We will not serve clients without wearing a mask. We will have disposable masks available to our clients at a fee.   

  • Upon entering Sacred Stone Spa, you will be required to sanitize your hands immediately and we will take your temperature. We ask that you do your part in practicing social distancing. Please keep 6 feet apart and follow our signs and floor markings. 

During your Treatment:

  • We require you to wear a mask while you are face-up on the massage table. 

  • As staff are required to work in the same treatment room throughout the day to avoid cross-contamination, some add-ons may require a change of rooms. We will provide you with a sanitized robe, slippers, and bag to carry your belongings in while you change rooms. 

After Your Treatment:

  • Your practitioner will let you know when your treatment is over, and discuss any treatment details with you at this time. 

  • If you're interested in any of our retail products, our staff will be happy to provide you with samples upon request. Please refrain from handling any retail items that you do not intend to purchase. 

  • You will be required to wear a facemask when you leave your treatment room.


Service Providers Policies and Procedures:

The following are measures that our service providers are taking to keep our environment safe:

  • If a Service Provider has any symptoms, they will call 811 and report the incident immediately. All guests that they have interacted with in the last 5 days will be notified. Their appointments will be cancelled until they can safely and healthily return to work.

  • Service Providers, will always practice impeccable hand hygiene before and after each treatment.

  • Treatment rooms will be disinfected with the appropriate level of disinfectant before and after each treatment. We use a variety of disinfectants including a UV sanitizing machine so that our sanitation procedures are effective and safe.

  • Service providers will have available to them: nitrile gloves, surgical masks, aprons, face shields and protective eye wear to use during the treatment to protect the guests and themselves. If a guest is not comfortable with the PPE the service provider is in, they can request any of the available PPE provided to insure they feel comfortable and protected throughout their treatment.

  • Our reception area will be clearly marked out with social distancing policies in place.

  • Our service providers will at all times adhere to social distancing policies with other services providers and other guests. When it is not possible to do so, PPE policies are in place that they will comply with.

  • At this time we will be using a towel on each massage table instead of a blanket. As always, each service will have fresh towels and linens that are laundered with hot settings.

  • Deep cleaning with disinfectant in the common areas and treatment rooms will happen during the day before and after each treatment and each check out.

  • Service providers will arrive at staggered intervals and will be given extra time for heightened sanitation procedures.
