Last minute cancellations and no-shows are a bummer for everyone. They leave our hardworking Therapists with empty appointment slots, while we have turned away other guests that would have enjoyed that appointment time. Out of respect for our spa and staff, clients that do not honor their appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours of notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. A credit card will be required to secure all bookings.

For group bookings (3 or more guests) we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please note that once a group appointment is booked, we'll expect everyone in the group to be there. Missed appointments will be charged to the card number with which they were held.
